164753 Talent Development Consultant Aurora, CO 6 Months Sigma, Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Consultant to work on-site at Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO. Shift timings : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00 AM-05:00 PM Requirements: Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development is required. Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in complex topics and content such as leadership development, organizational development and Human Resource policy and process changes based on principles of adult learning theories. Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated successful program and project management skills including change management. Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority within the organization. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in high-pace, ever changing and complex environment. Demonstrated ability to engage in effective consulting which includes the ability to: provide assessment, development, coaching and implementation of consulting services with internal clients to achieve business results which are aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values and strategy Required Certifications: Certified as a DiSC facilitator and practitioner Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to provide Learning Management System Support: Provide support and back up for our internal LMS Systems Administrator as needed in areas such as database administration, user support, tracking, reporting and troubleshooting.
