Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide clear, accurate, and timely assistance regarding products or services. Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall support experience. Requirements Fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2+). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience required—entry-level candidates are welcome!
