Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records. You will also provide updates and assistance when itinerary adjustments, confirmations, or documentation requests arise before, during, and after travel. This role emphasizes service quality, organization, and reliability while supporting clients throughout the planning process.
