Travel Arrangements Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Travel Arrangements Coordinator to assist clients with coordinating travel plans and ensuring each trip is organized efficiently. This role focuses on research, planning accuracy, and client communication to provide dependable planning support throughout the travel process. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming bookings, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist clients with updates, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments before, during, and after travel when necessary. This position emphasizes service quality, organization, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
