Logistics Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations - Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products - Identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes and make recommendations for enhancements - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics strategies - Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvements - Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics data - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools - Knowledge of logistics software and systems - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the beauty industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
