We are sharing a specialised opportunity for experienced Finance Operations professionals to join the Global Revenue Operations team of a leading technology company. This role focuses on accounts receivable operations, claims processing, and revenue operations support within a large-scale enterprise finance environment. This position is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in accounts receivable, credit management, collections, and deduction processing , who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment supporting revenue operations. Key Responsibilities Support and manage end-to-end accounts receivable and revenue operations processes Handle credit management, collections, dispute claims, and deduction processing Perform month-end reconciliation for AR and claims accounts Monitor and report on key AR/VR performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Channel Marketing, and Engineering Support operational improvements and automation initiatives in claims processing Monitor dashboards, SLA metrics, and quality assurance results Participate in process improvement initiatives within revenue operations workflows Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: 5+ years of experience in financial operations or revenue operations roles Hands-on experience with accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, or deduction processing Strong understanding of accounting workflows and operational finance processes Experience managing customer collections and operational finance tasks Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams Experience working with corporate clients or enterprise customers Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Preferred qualifications: Experience working with multinational retail or hardware companies Experience improving operational workflows or driving process efficiency initiatives Familiarity with evolving system environments and enterprise platforms Experience with financial data analysis Why This Opportunity Join the Global Revenue Operations team of a leading technology company Work on large-scale finance operations and AR processes in an enterprise environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting global revenue operations Gain experience supporting high-impact operational finance workflows Contract Details Full-time onsite role in Austin, Texas Expected engagement: 12–18 months Hourly rate: $45–$60 per hour Position administered through Cincinnatus (Employer of Record) Cincinnatus provides payroll, benefits, and compliance for the engagement About the Platform This opportunity is available through a leading AI-driven work platform.
