HRTS Analyst

Assists the HRTS Supervisor with implementations and process improvements. Supports HRTS projects which include analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support. Supports the maintenance and administration of HR technology applications used across the enterprise including time tracking, compensation, benefits enrollment, performance management, recruiting, payroll, etc. Supports configuration application set-up, user access, system security, and integration to meet business requirements. Provides expertise in troubleshooting issues related to HR technology and integrations.
