This role focuses on communication, research, and coordination to ensure each client receives clear information and consistent support throughout the planning process. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also provide updates and assistance when itinerary adjustments, confirmations, or documentation needs arise before, during, and after travel. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and strong customer service rather than direct sales responsibilities.
