Partnership Director

The Partnership Director is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the organizations strategic partnership initiatives to drive business growth, expand market presence, and create long-term value. This role leads the identification, negotiation, and management of high-impact partnerships with organizations, technology providers, and strategic stakeholders. The Partnership Director collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure that partnerships align with company objectives and deliver measurable results. This position is fully remote; however, applicants must currently reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organizations strategic partnership strategy and roadmap Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnership opportunities Lead negotiations and execution of partnership agreements and contracts Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders Create joint business plans and growth strategies with partner organizations Collaborate with internal teams to support co-marketing, co-selling, and product integration initiatives Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics and ROI Lead regular partnership performance reviews and strategic planning sessions Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings Provide executive leadership with strategic insights, reports, and recommendations regarding partnership performance and opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field 8–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management Proven experience negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple departments Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment Preferred Qualifications Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree Experience in technology, SaaS, digital services, or high-growth industries Experience managing enterprise or global partnerships Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership management tools Experience leading partnership teams or managing partnership programs Compensation Annual Salary Range: $140,000 – $190,000 USD , depending on experience, leadership scope, and industry expertise Performance-based bonuses, incentives, or profit-sharing opportunities may be available Benefits Eligible employees may receive the following benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, holidays, and sick leave Life insurance and disability coverage Flexible remote work environment Professional development and leadership training programs Employee wellness and assistance programs Potential annual performance bonuses or partnership incentive programs Work Authorization Requirement Applicants must meet the following requirements: Must currently reside in the United States Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Applications from individuals residing outside the U.S. will not be considered
