Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the Opportunity We are seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a dynamic international team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will assist customers with their questions and concerns while ensuring they receive high-quality support and a positive overall experience. Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers across various communication channels. Respond to inquiries and support customers with general service-related questions. Identify customer concerns and provide helpful solutions or guidance. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during every interaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed. Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures. Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and efficiency. Requirements Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native proficiency). Good command of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with computers and multiple digital tools. Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
