Metal Stamping Supervisor

Press Tech Group Leader – Ripon, WI (1st Shift) Join our team as a Press Tech Group Leader and lead our metal stamping operations to new heights! This is a hands-on leadership role focused on efficiency, process optimization, and team development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Ripon, WI Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Flex hours & occasional Friday overtime required) Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing stamping team with a focus on servant leadership. Optimize stamping processes, implement SMED for faster die changeovers, and drive continuous improvement. Oversee preventative maintenance for presses, tooling, and dies. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe, efficient work environment. Manage projects from conception to execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in metal stamping/manufacturing with leadership experience. Strong knowledge of press operations, tool & die practices, and SMED process optimization. Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and mentor staff. Experience in medium/high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
