You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, confirming reservations, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized planning records. You will also assist clients with updates, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments before, during, and after travel when needed. This position emphasizes dependable service, organization, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
