Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent

About the Role We are currently looking for motivated Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing international team in Thessaloniki, Greece. In this role, you will assist customers with their questions, provide guidance when issues arise, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment while developing valuable communication and customer service skills. Main Responsibilities Provide professional customer support through different communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with general service-related questions. Help customers resolve issues by providing clear guidance and solutions. Deliver a positive and helpful customer experience at all times. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery. Requirements Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native). Good command of English (B2 level) for internal communication and training. Strong written communication skills. Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems. Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
