IT Project Manager IV - Infrastructure & Cloud | Oil & Gas

Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager IV to lead large, complex IT infrastructure projects supporting enterprise and field/operations environments within the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires deep experience delivering infrastructure initiatives such as cloud implementations, core hosting, corporate and field networks, and data platform projects. Candidates must have prior Oil & Gas experience and the ability to work closely with field operations teams. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Contract Duration: 12 months | W2 Location: Candidates must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance (up to 1 hour) | Local Tulsa-area candidates are strongly preferred Requirements: Provide project performance reporting and status updates to leadership. Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Lead and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects including cloud, network, hosting, and data platform initiatives. Drive full project lifecycle activities: Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risk, Communications, and Execution. Partner with field/operations teams to deliver IT solutions supporting pipeline, plant, or field environments. Collaborate with technical teams on requirements, architecture, deployment, testing, and release management. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project alignment with business objectives. Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across IT and operations. Qualifications/Must-Haves: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise PM tools. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or 11+ years equivalent experience) 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing IT infrastructure projects. Proven experience delivering projects involving: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Corporate and Field Networks, Core Hosting/Data Center Environments, Data Platforms or Analytics Environments. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Preferred Skills: PMP certification. Experience with Databricks or Big Data analytics platforms. Oil & Gas industry experience, especially supporting field/operations. Experience managing multiple large and small projects simultaneously.
