Fit Out Project Engineer

Project Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) About the Role We are a creative and technical fit-out contractor dedicated to transforming spaces. We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Project Engineer to bridge the gap between design and construction. In this role, you will ensure that our fit-out projects are executed smoothly, meeting technical specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, including carpentry, partitioning, M&E works, and finishing. Interpret construction drawings and ensure site work aligns with design intent and technical specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of workmanship and safety compliance. Resolve technical issues on-site promptly and propose practical solutions. Maintain site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings. Requirements Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture , or Construction Management. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry, specifically with interior fit-out projects . Strong understanding of fit-out works, including M&E coordination, false ceilings, dry walls, and joinery installation. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD (basic editing skills required). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills to liaise with designers, contractors, and clients. Own transport and willingness to work on-site. What We Offer A collaborative and creative work environment.
