As a Senior People Partner, you’ll play a leading role in shaping and delivering our Company-wide People Plan while partnering with managers across the business to enable high performance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change leader, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support. What makes you a great fit: Strong experience in a People Partnering role Exceptional knowledge of Indian employment legislation and practices Experience working with UK-based organisations and HRIS platforms Proven track record in implementing change programmes Commercially focused and pragmatic with excellent stakeholder management skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities Data-driven and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset Professional, discreet, and resilient under pressure Willingness to travel between UK and India locations as needed Key responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives Drive employee satisfaction and performance through targeted initiatives Build leadership capability and support team development Act as the primary People contact for designated business areas Provide legally sound, pragmatic advice and manage risk effectively Mentor and support other People Partners, acting as an escalation point Collaborate with People Services and Talent teams to ensure seamless delivery Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact Champion elements of the People Plan, such as leadership development Lead improvement initiatives and manage delivery plans and communications Perks for our People: Holidays: 18 days annual leave, (6 already marked as UK Bank holidays) 7 Indian Public Holiday 7 days casual leave, 7 days sick leave Who we are: Onecom is an award-winning provider of Communication Technology, trusted by UK organisations to deliver Simply Brilliant Customer Experiences.
