Account Manager – Crypto processing

About the Client Our client is an international crypto processing company working with businesses in high-risk industries like gambling. They provide secure crypto payment solutions that reduce transaction costs and help companies access global markets. Role Overview As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, guiding them through integration, ensuring smooth communication, and helping them get the most out of crypto payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for clients in high-risk sectors like gambling. Manage post-sale operations: contracts, client chats, and integration processes. Resolve client issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction. Monitor client metrics (conversion rates, turnovers) and optimize performance. Keep records up-to-date and ensure policy compliance. Identify upsell opportunities and prepare custom pricing proposals. Analyze market trends and assist with strategic proposals. Requirements 3+ years of experience in account management. 2+ years of experience in the payment industry. Strong background in client or partner management. Solid understanding of crypto or fintech-related operations. Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal). Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
