MERN Stack Developer

Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience) Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Experience: 3+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , and a strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications and deploying them seamlessly using modern development and delivery practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN stack. Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components. Develop user-facing features using React.js and ensure cross-platform optimization. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automatic testing, deployment, and release processes. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and other development teams to streamline development workflows. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives). Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack . proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and TypeScript (optional but preferred). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps. Experience with Docker , Kubernetes (preferred), or container-based deployment environments. Strong understanding of Git , version control, and branching strategies. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or GCP . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Knowledge of microservices architecture . Familiarity with GraphQL, Next.js, or other modern JS frameworks. Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
