The Role The school is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to provide front-of-house support and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and students, ensuring that the school maintains a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities • Welcome visitors, parents and students to the school • Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries • Maintain visitor records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Support administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing • Assist with attendance records and communication with parents • Provide support to the administration team when required • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area • Handle general enquiries and direct visitors appropriately • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies Requirements • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities • Professional and approachable manner • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office • Ability to work effectively in a busy school environment Application To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
