Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist Location: Porto, Portugal Work Type: Hybrid Job Description We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Porto . In this role, you will assist customers, handle inquiries, and provide high-quality support while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions Follow internal procedures and quality standards Requirements Fluent Dutch English C1 level Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Working Hours Monday – Sunday (24/7 rotational shifts) 2 rotational days off per week Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00 (covered occasionally during the month) Salary & Benefits 1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months) 150€ allowance (paid over 11 months) 2000€ welcome bonus
