Iberia Customer Logistics Support (Pharma)

From Temporing Barcelona we select a Iberia Customer Logistics Support (Pharma) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí. Tasks Perform inventory reconciliations between stock held at 3PL warehouses and internal records in SAP, resolving discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams, and posting inventory adjustments when required. Monitor interface messages and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues. Support distribution activities for the Canary Islands, including export documentation. Act as point of contact for warehouses and carriers regarding operational issues. Monitor outbound deliveries and logistics movements to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDP. Track last-mile transportation KPIs to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements Background or experience in distribution logistics or transportation. SAP user knowledge and strong Excel skills. Intermediate English level. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively We offer: 6-month contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension. Possibility of working in a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector. Schedule from 8 to 17hrs. from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday. Hybrid position. Gross annual salary: 38.360€
