Sales Development Manager (Temporary Contract – Maternity Cover) Location: Holmes Chapel Hours: Part-time (3 days per week – approximately 22.2 hours) Salary: £38,000–£39,000 Closing date: 16 March 2026 Please note that interviews may take place prior to the closing date. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Manager to help develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing memberships and strengthening customer engagement. This role will focus on analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the continued development of membership sales. Working collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience , you will support the successful implementation and promotion of membership offers and initiatives. You will also manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to help them achieve both individual and team targets. Key responsibilities include reviewing current membership pricing structures and recommending adjustments to maintain competitiveness and enhance perceived value. The role also involves using data analytics tools to identify trends and insights that will inform future sales strategies. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular reports on membership performance, retention rates, and customer feedback to senior leadership.
