Our client, a worldwide leader in residency and citizenship solutions, is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team. In this role you will be supporting projects eligible under citizenship by merit legislation, including preparing and managing documentation, monitoring progress, and maintaining client communications. You will also assist in drafting and organising applications, highlighting project merits and client achievements. This is a full-time, reduced-hours hybrid role offering a salary of up to €35K. Role & Responsibilities Keep clients updated on project status and milestones Assist the New Business Team in presenting eligible projects to clients and prospects Contribute to drafting sections of citizenship applications highlighting project merit and client achievements Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including NGOs, public bodies, intermediaries, and service providers Liaise with community organisations, government bodies, and donors as needed Maintain stakeholder databases and contact records Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and application review sessions Help identify, develop, and monitor projects eligible under citizenship by merit legislation Support the preparation of project summaries, merit narratives, and documentation packs Track project progress and report delays or risks to the Senior Project Manager Monitor project implementation and track outcome indicators Collect data for internal monitoring and stakeholder reporting Support Senior Project Managers in preparing progress updates, internal summaries, and client reports Assist in managing multiple projects and applications across the portfolio Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Economics, Law, Public Policy, or a related field Master’s or an advanced degree is a plus 1+ years’ experience in project coordination, administration, client services, or regulated environments Fluency in English, both written and spoken Strong organisational and documentation skills Keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project tracking tools Excellent communication and listening skills Able to work independently and in a team Willingness to travel About the Role Salary up to €35K depending on experience Hybrid following probation Opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV in English. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
