Data Entry Typist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will enter, update, and maintain information in our digital databases and systems. This is a fully remote position that requires accuracy, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of data accuracy. Responsibilities Enter data into company databases and spreadsheets Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies Maintain accurate records of entered information Update existing data when necessary Organize and maintain digital files Follow company guidelines for data entry and security Meet daily or weekly productivity goals Communicate with team members or supervisors when needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Fast and accurate typing skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable internet connection and personal computer Good written communication skills Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required Benefits 100% remote work (work from home) Flexible working hours Competitive pay Training provided for new hires
