Job Description Defend personal injury matters from intake through resolution Manage case strategy, discovery, law and motion, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents Conduct legal research and develop practical, client-focused recommendations Communicate directly with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure and help drive resolution strategy Appear in court, at depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators across related practice areas as needed Qualifications 3+ years of personal injury defense experience Active California Bar license in good standing Strong litigation, writing, and case management skills Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations Trial preparation experience strongly preferred Able to work independently while also collaborating well with a team Strong client communication and practical judgment JPC-758 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
