This role is best suited for someone with 2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical finance environment. Job Description Build, maintain, and improve dynamic Excel models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis Analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, trends, and variances to help leadership understand business performance Prepare reports, presentations, and financial insights that support strategic decision-making Conduct what-if, sensitivity, and ad hoc analyses for business planning and special projects Evaluate ROI for initiatives, projects, and growth opportunities Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business Partner with leadership and internal teams to gather data, identify trends, and present findings clearly Assist with KPI reporting and dashboard prototyping in Power BI as needed Conduct market, competitor, and financial analysis related to pricing, performance, and growth opportunities Support financial due diligence and pro forma analysis for potential acquisitions and partnerships Help improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and internal financial processes and controls Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or another highly analytical finance role Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling ability Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly Real estate industry experience is helpful but not required Why You Will Love Working Here You will have the chance to step into a role with real ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to influence important business decisions.
