Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and must have at least 1 year of construction defect experience. Job Description Handle construction defect matters through all phases of litigation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other case-related documents Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearances Analyze liability, damages, repair issues, and case strategy Work closely with clients, experts, carriers, consultants, and opposing counsel Manage case files proactively and help move matters toward efficient resolution Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to support litigation strategy Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on construction-related disputes and related civil matters Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing 1+ year of construction defect experience Strong litigation writing and case management skills Experience with discovery, depositions, motions, and client communication Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team Insurance defense or broader civil litigation experience is a plus Trial preparation experience is preferred Why You Will Love Working Here You will have the chance to do strong litigation work with a team that values quality, efficiency, and practical problem-solving.
