Location: Changi Coast 5-day work week (Mon to Sun) Rotating Shifts: 8.00am to 5.15pm / 10.45am to 8.00pm Good Company Benefits: AWS + PB + Long Service Award + Birthday Gift Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing daily repair and preventive maintenance works across villas, clubhouse, and facilities to ensure guest-ready condition. Conduct regular inspections of furniture, fixtures, M&E systems, aircon, and electrical installations, coordinating with contractors for rectification when needed. Monitor water meter readings to detect leaks and manage spare parts inventory, including stock checks and purchase requisitions. Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, fire safety codes, and assist in conducting evacuation drills. Attend to guest inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and liaise with internal departments and contractors to support daily operations. Perform Duty Manager duties and other M&E tasks as assigned by Management. Requirements: Minimum NITEC in Electrical & Air-Conditioning or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity Electrical license by Energy Market Authority (EMA) will be an added advantage Good in decision-making, possess integrity, resourceful and able to work long hours if required Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays Please send your updated CV to josie.cha@peopleprofilers.com All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
