Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (SPE / PE) – Hybrid | Lisbon | €23,000/year + €2500 Welcome Bonus Benefits first: €23,000 gross/year salary €2500 Welcome / Relocation Bonus Hybrid work model (2 days at the office) Modern office at LACS Anjos, Lisbon Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–17:00) International and dynamic environment About the Role As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist , youll support high-value clients in improving the performance of their digital advertising campaigns. Youll work with Google Ads and other social media advertising platforms to build optimization strategies that drive measurable results. What Youll Do Implement optimization strategies for digital advertising campaigns Manage and improve Google Ads and social media ad performance Create keyword packs, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations Optimize campaigns across Google Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube Analyze campaign data and trends to generate actionable insights Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Requirements Fluent English EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card (mandatory) (Work visas or Manifestação de Interesse cannot be accepted) Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs Excel knowledge (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) Experience level: Senior (SPE): Minimum 12 months experience in Ads Optimization (Google Ads preferred; Meta, Instagram or LinkedIn Ads also relevant) Junior (PE): Degree in Marketing or related field, internship experience is a plus Location: LACS Anjos, Lisbon (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Interested?
