In this role, you will support customers with orders, account issues, and technical questions related to Microsoft products such as Windows and Office applications , while delivering an excellent customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer support with technology and online sales , while gaining experience with one of the worlds leading technology companies. What You'll Do Provide customer support via phone and chat for Microsoft Store Online Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, and refunds Support users with Windows and Office account issues Provide product information including features, pricing, and availability Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft products Guide customers through licensing and product requirements Participate in cross-selling and upselling Microsoft products What We're Looking For German C1 level or native proficiency English B2 level for internal communication and training Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid PC skills and familiarity with Windows and MS Office Interest in technology and Microsoft products Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
