We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced finance professionals to support financial operations and reporting within a leading global technology organization. This role focuses on managing key financial workflows, including purchase order processing, invoice validation, financial reconciliation, and financial reporting activities. The position plays an important role in maintaining operational accuracy, financial compliance, and efficient coordination across finance and operations teams. Selected professionals will contribute to financial process management, data reconciliation, and operational reporting to support large-scale corporate finance activities. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Financial Operations & Process Management Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders within financial management systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure purchase orders align with approved budgets Monitor purchase order funding status and follow up on outstanding invoices Invoice Processing & Financial Reconciliation Validate invoices submitted through billing processes and verify accuracy of charges Route invoices for internal approval and ensure timely payment processing Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in financial records Reporting & Financial Controls Support month-end financial close processes and reporting preparation Maintain organized financial records and documentation Assist finance teams with ad-hoc reporting and operational analysis requests Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendor management teams Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations roles Experience working with financial management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting Understanding of accounting principles including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial workflows Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications Experience working in fast-paced corporate or technology environments Experience managing procurement workflows or financial operations processes Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan, AppSheet, Oracle, or Airtable Previous experience working as a contractor or contingent worker in enterprise environments Why This Opportunity Support financial operations within a leading global technology organization Work on high-impact finance and procurement processes Collaborate with cross-functional finance and operations teams Gain experience in enterprise-scale financial systems and workflows Contract Details Full-time contract role Fully remote with U.S. location requirements Competitive hourly compensation Opportunity to work on large-scale financial operations within a major technology company About the Platform This opportunity is available through a leading AI-driven work platform.
