The Technical Application Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support, system configuration, and application expertise to ensure successful deployment and ongoing performance of company software or technology solutions. This role serves as a subject matter expert for application functionality, troubleshooting, integration support, and customer issue resolution. The Technical Application Specialist collaborates closely with engineering, product, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure high-quality service delivery in a fully remote environment. This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for company applications and platforms Diagnose and resolve application-related issues and system errors Assist with system configuration, customization, and optimization Support integration efforts with third-party systems and APIs Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and clients Analyze system performance and recommend improvements Participate in implementation and deployment activities as needed Ensure adherence to technical standards, security requirements, and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3–6 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or related roles Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience working with software applications, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or data flows Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven environments Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems Experience with scripting or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) Knowledge of system architecture and database concepts Technical certification in relevant platforms or technologies Compensation Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 USD , depending on experience and technical expertise Benefits Eligible employees may receive the following benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, holidays, and sick leave Life insurance and disability coverage Flexible remote work environment Professional development and certification reimbursement Employee wellness and assistance programs Potential performance-based bonuses Work Authorization Requirement Applicants must meet the following requirements: Must currently reside in the United States Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Applications from individuals residing outside the U.S. will not be considered
