We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced Music Experts to contribute to an AI research initiative focused on improving musical analysis, theory application, and culturally grounded interpretation in advanced language models. This opportunity is part of a large-scale AI training project designed to help language models better understand music theory, composition, genre analysis, performance techniques, and cultural musical traditions across different languages and regions. This role is ideal for individuals who actively engage with music performance, composition, production, music education, or music criticism. Key Responsibilities Experts in this role may contribute to: Writing prompts related to music theory, composition, and genre analysis Reviewing and improving AI-generated responses related to musical structure, harmony, rhythm, and performance techniques Creating expert responses for complex musical analysis and interpretation tasks Designing prompts that test AI understanding of instrumentation, genre traditions, and musical history Identifying incorrect AI outputs related to music theory, genre classification, or stylistic interpretation Languages of Interest Candidates should be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Japanese Chinese Korean Spanish Russian German Arabic Thai Tamil Hindi Candidates should also demonstrate familiarity with musical traditions and contemporary music culture within their regional context.
