Postdoctoral Fellow

We are seeking a motivated and highly analytical Postdoctoral Fellow to join our remote research team. The Postdoctoral Fellow will work closely with senior researchers, project leaders, and cross-functional teams to advance research objectives, perform rigorous data analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Design, conduct, and manage advanced research projects aligned with organizational goals. Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using appropriate analytical tools and methodologies. Develop models, frameworks, and research methodologies to support ongoing studies. Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings from academic and industry sources. Publication & Knowledge Development Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and research reports. Contribute to the development of white papers, technical documentation, and research summaries. Present research findings to internal stakeholders and external partners. Collaboration & Project Support Collaborate with principal investigators, research scientists, and interdisciplinary teams. Assist in developing grant proposals and research funding applications. Participate in project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking. Data Management & Compliance Ensure proper documentation of research methodologies, datasets, and analytical procedures. Maintain compliance with research ethics, institutional policies, and data governance standards. Support quality assurance and validation of research outputs. Qualifications Required Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or related field). Must currently reside in the United States with a valid work authorization or working permit. Strong research background demonstrated through publications, dissertations, or project work. Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical thinking, research writing, and communication skills. Preferred Experience working in collaborative or interdisciplinary research environments. Prior experience contributing to grant proposals or funded research projects. Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or advanced analytics. Experience presenting research at academic conferences or industry forums.
