Website Solutions Customer Support Specialist – German Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 02 April 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 06:00–22:00 (rotative shifts) – two days off: Saturday & Sunday Contract Type: CDD, 6 months Languages: Native or C1 German & English B2 About the Role Join a leading global organization supporting Website Solutions clients. You will deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism. Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites and web solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and guide users through their queries. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently. Requirements At least 6 months of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role. Native or C1-level German and B2-level English. Knowledge or enthusiasm for digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory). Proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills. Ability to work rotational shifts between 06:00–22:00. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months) €15,400 gross/year Performance Bonus: Up to €180/month (12 months) €2,160 gross/year Meal Allowance: €7.23/day (net) ~€1,908.72/year Transport Allowance: €20/month €240/year + Uber reimbursement up to €25/day if starting at 06:00 Welcome Bonus: €3,000 (one-time) Total Annual Compensation (including bonus & allowances): ~€17,548.72 + performance bonus €2,160 Health insurance from Day 1 (free after 6 months).
