Your Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospective clients in French and English . Promote tailored solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and achieve daily KPIs. Collaborate with the team to maximize conversions and maintain excellent service standards. Document all interactions and update CRM records accurately. Requirements Fluent French (native-level) and strong English. Sales-driven mindset, motivated by targets and rewards. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems. EU citizenship, valid work permit, or Certificate of Protection (refugee status).
