Brazilian Portuguese Content Reviewer

About the Role We are currently looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Content Reviewer to join our international team in Athens. In this role, you will help ensure that online communities remain safe and respectful by reviewing and moderating digital content on social media platforms. You will evaluate different types of content and ensure they follow platform policies and community standards while helping maintain a positive user experience. What You Will Do Review user-generated content such as posts, comments, videos, and advertisements. Ensure that all content complies with platform guidelines and policies. Detect and report violations including harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate content. Investigate reports submitted by users and take appropriate actions. Provide support to users through chat and email when necessary. Assist with reviewing content related to new platform features or products. Work closely with internal teams to improve moderation processes and policies. Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in all moderation tasks. What We Are Looking For Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level or native). Good English communication skills (B2 or above). At least 1 year experience in customer support, BPO, or a similar role . Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions. Good written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cultural awareness and understanding of online community behavior. Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy . What You Can Expect Competitive monthly salary package.
