You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create clear travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, confirming reservations, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. The position emphasizes strong organization, client communication, and reliable service rather than direct sales responsibilities.
