Client Experience Advisor (Remote)

On a daily basis, you will communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. You will offer tailored service recommendations, assist with organizing and confirming details, and ensure that all arrangements are completed efficiently. Keeping accurate records and documentation of client interactions is essential, along with maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process. You will also follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs. The ideal candidate brings prior customer service or support experience, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Being highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously will help you succeed in this role while maintaining a positive and professional client experience.
