On site | Software Engineer III (New York) — Up to $110/hr

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced Software Engineers to contribute to the development of advanced hiring infrastructure used by a leading global technology company. In this role, engineers will work on systems that support hundreds of thousands of interviews annually, helping improve the tools that recruiters, interviewers, and candidates rely on throughout the hiring process. Selected professionals will contribute to building AI-powered interviewing tools, scalable backend services, and modern frontend experiences that enhance recruiting workflows and candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Product & Platform Development Develop and enhance AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems used in large-scale hiring infrastructure Implement modern frontend experiences using React and related frameworks Build and maintain backend services supporting interview scheduling, transcription, and workflow automation Design scalable systems that support high-volume interview operations AI Integration & Innovation Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate large language models into interview workflows Help implement systems for automated interview feedback and AI-assisted quality checks Support the development of tools for interview transcription and summarization Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to deliver end-to-end product experiences Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field 4+ years of software engineering experience with languages such as Java, C++, or C# Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar technologies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications Experience working with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API design patterns Experience integrating AI or machine learning models into production systems Experience building scalable web applications and distributed systems Background in recruiting technology, HR systems, or enterprise productivity platforms Why This Opportunity Work on high-impact systems supporting large-scale global hiring operations Contribute to AI-powered tools that improve recruiting and interview workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and AI research Gain experience working with advanced AI technologies in production environments Contract Details Full-time contract role Fully remote with ET or PT working hours Competitive hourly compensation Opportunity to work closely with engineering teams on high-impact infrastructure projects About the Platform This opportunity is available through a leading AI-driven work platform.
