Compliance Administrator

Job Description Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team on a full-time remote basis. The Compliance Administrator will play a key role in monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation. This includes completing and reviewing KYC documentation, collecting and verifying information, coordinating with third-party providers, analysing compliance procedures, and communicating requirements to relevant stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting internal departments, and ensuring that the organisation operates in line with legal and regulatory standards. Location : Remote - Europe Responsibilities: As a Compliance administrator , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Monitor and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance Complete and review KYC forms and documentation Collect and verify KYC information Coordinate with third-party providers to support compliance processes Analyse and update compliance procedures where required Communicate compliance requirements effectively to stakeholders Maintain detailed and accurate compliance records Collaborate with internal departments to support adherence to legal standards Requirements: One year of proven knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance within the iGaming or technology industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Finance-related knowledge and experience High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
