French-Speaking Customer Service Specialist Location: Porto, Portugal Work Type: On-site Job Description We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto . In this role, you will provide support to customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Follow internal procedures and service standards Requirements Fluent French English B2 level Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service , preferably in the travel industry High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) is mandatory Excellent communication skills Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Working Hours Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Salary 1000€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
