Remote Customer Support Specialist (Multilingual) – Based in Greece Location: Greece (Remote – candidates must be located in Greece) Job Description We are looking for multilingual Customer Support Specialists to join an international team and provide high-quality support to customers. In this role, you will assist users, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while working in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions Follow internal procedures and quality standards Requirements Fluency in one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, or Portuguese Good level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Work Type Fully Remote – Only candidates currently based in Greece will be considered.
