Senior Vehicle Diagnostics System Developer

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Diagnostics System Developer to join the Uptime Systems team supporting Lynk & Co’s workshop systems platform. In this role, you will work with vehicle communication diagnostics and software download (re-flashing) systems used in automotive workshops. You will be part of an agile development team responsible for supporting both current and future vehicle models and technologies. The role involves developing new diagnostic system capabilities, maintaining existing functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities System Development Develop and implement key system features for vehicle diagnostic systems. Build and maintain integrations with external systems. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices. System Maintenance & Improvement Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing diagnostic software systems. Perform code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. Continuously improve system performance and reliability. Technical Collaboration Work with requirements, design, and analysis activities. Collaborate with developers, product owners, analysts, and testers in an agile environment. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Required Qualifications 1 0+ years of experience with C# development Strong knowledge of vehicle communication protocols 10+ years of experience in vehicle diagnostics Strong experience working with automotive OEM environments Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Git Basic experience with Python Knowledge of Azure services, including: Azure Functions Cosmos DB Azure DevOps Service Bus Experience with RBAC and security configurations Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Lynk & Co workshop systems or similar automotive diagnostic platforms. Experience within automotive aftermarket systems.
