Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Type: On-site Job Description We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon . In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Follow internal procedures and service standards Requirements Fluent Dutch Good level of English Minimum 6 months of previous customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Working Hours Monday – Friday (including bank holidays) 07:30 – 20:00 (rotational shifts) Days Off: Weekends Salary & Bonus 1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months) 100€ performance bonus (paid over 11 months) 100€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months) Contract Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months
