Senior Manager PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Position: Senior Manager PPC Department: Production / Operations Experience: 6–10 Years (Garments / Textile Industry Preferred) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager PPC to lead production planning, manage manufacturing schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining efficiency, quality, and cost targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production plans based on order priorities Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, QA, and Stores for smooth workflow Ensure timely material availability and capacity planning Monitor daily production, efficiency, and line loading Track WIP, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) with strong follow-up Control wastage and improve production efficiency Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and customer requirements Prepare production performance reports for management review Qualification & Skills Bachelors degree (Textile / Industrial / Business preferred) Strong PPC experience in garments or textile manufacturing Excellent planning, coordination, and analytical skills Proficient in Excel
