Title: House Supervisor - Behavioral Health (Part-Time, Nights) Status: Part Time (32 hours/week) Location: Belle Mead, New Jersey Salary: Negotiable Visa Support: Not Available Overview Our partner, Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Night House Supervisor for a well-established behavioral health facility in Central New Jersey. This leadership role oversees hospital operations during off-shift hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The House Supervisor serves as the administrative and clinical leader in the absence of senior leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across all departments. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and clinical leadership during nights, weekends, and holidays Supervise hospital personnel and oversee patient care delivery Maintain patient flow, appropriate bed placement, and continuity of care Respond to emergency codes and rapid response situations Lead Incident Command until emergency management personnel arrive Ensure appropriate patient admission status using approved criteria Communicate unusual occurrences, complaints, and operational issues to leadership Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, case management, and ancillary departments Support staff through mentorship, coaching, and policy interpretation Participate in performance improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (state, federal, and accreditation standards) Assist with staff performance input and corrective actions as needed Schedule Week 1: Sunday: 7:45 PM - 7:45 AM Thursday: 11:45 PM - 7:45 AM Friday: 11:45 PM - 7:45 AM Week 2: Tuesday: 11:45 PM - 7:45 AM Wednesday: 11:45 PM - 7:45 AM Saturday: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AM Every other weekend required Holiday rotation (4 of 6 holidays) On-call commitment required Qualifications Required: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years (MSN satisfies requirement) Minimum of 4 years of recent clinical nursing experience Demonstrated leadership and independent decision-making skills Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License Preferred: Experience with utilization review, discharge planning, or case management Familiarity with evidence-based admission criteria Required Skill Sets Clinical Leadership & Emergency Response Patient Flow & Bed Management Coordination Regulatory Compliance & Operational Oversight Interdisciplinary Communication & Team Collaboration Why Belle Mead, NJ?
