Executive - Documentation

Job Purpose: To ensure that all materials used in production meet the required specifications, certifications, and quality standards by thoroughly reviewing, verifying, and coordinating material test certificates (MTCs) and related documentation. The role safeguards compliance with industry standards (ASTM, ISO, PED, NABL) and customer requirements, while supporting communication between suppliers, customers, and internal teams to maintain accuracy, traceability, and cost control in material usage. Key Measurable Objectives: · Cert Pack Verification : Complete review within 2 working days. · Query Resolution : Address customer/supplier queries within 1 day. · Compliance : Ensure supplier cert packs meet Oliver requirements. · Documentation : Maintain periodic updates in MCC log/server folders. · Accuracy : Zero tolerance for missed or incorrect certification details. Primary Responsibilities: · Review and verify material certificates against specifications. · Identify and report missing/incorrect information in cert packs. · Coordinate with customers and suppliers on MTC-related queries. · Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, PED, NABL, and QMS standards. · Communicate results to stakeholders promptly. Secondary Responsibilities: · Provide coordination support to the team. · Assist in audits and third-party lab witness activities (chemical, mechanical, NDT). · Support continuous improvement initiatives in certification processes. · Train junior staff on MTC review processes. Qualifications Skills Tech Expertise: · Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Materials Engineering. · Minimum 1 year of experience in Valve/Engineering/Oil & Gas industry. · Strong academic record with exposure to material testing and certification. · Knowledge of material grades: SS316, LF2, Inconel, Duplex, Monel, etc. · Understanding of material parameters: chemistry, mechanicals, hardness, corrosion. · Familiarity with certification requirements: 3.1, 3.2, CoC. · Exposure to ASTM standards, ISO, PED, NABL requirements. · Experience with NDT methods: LPI, MPI, UT. · Proficiency in reviewing material testing results.
