You will ensure laboratories are safe, well-prepared, and fully equipped for practical lessons and experiments. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing materials and equipment for lessons and experiments • Maintaining laboratory apparatus and stock • Supporting teachers and students during practical lessons • Ensuring health and safety compliance in laboratories • Managing chemical inventories and ordering supplies • Assisting with displays, science fairs, and faculty events Candidate Requirements • Previous experience as a Science Technician or in a similar role • Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and equipment • Strong organisational and communication skills • Professional, proactive, and reliable • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a school or academy setting is desirable but not essential.
