- Development of Recruitment processes in IT profiles; - Process management (Structure survey, Preparation of advertisements, Evaluation of applications/CV's, Pre-interviews by telephone, face-to-face interviews, etc...). Candidate profile: - Degree in relevant area: Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management or similar; - Motivation for the Recruitment and Selection area; - At least 6 months' experience in IT recruitment; - Good learning and communication skills; - Persistent, dynamic and resilient; - A love of teamwork; - Aim-oriented; - Pro-activity and ability to work under pressure.
